Insurance
WE ACCEPT TRICARE, BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD, UNITED HEALTHCARE, AND OTHER INSURANCES. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICAID AT THIS TIME. A SLIDING SCALE IS AVAILABLE FOR CLIENTS WITH NO OR LOW INCOME. LIFE COACHING IS NOT TYPICALLY COVERED BY INSURANCE BUT OUR PROVIDERS ACCCEPT CASH, CHECKS AND DEBIT CREDIT CARDS FOR THOSE SERVICES.
TRICARE does NOT require dependents to contact them for a referral before making an appointment. ONLY active duty service members must get referrals for Tricare to cover their individual treatment..
Other insurances may cover your services in full or in part, and sometimes includes a deductible and/or copay. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Cash Rates The fee for cash clients depends on the therapist with whom you will be having your sessions. The rate depends on the length and type of session and is typically between $40 and $180 per session. After discussing the fee with your provider, you may submit your payment via the button below or call our office and we can take your payment over the phone.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and debit/credit cards accepted for payment. Monthly billing arrangements may be made, depending on your therapists' individual policies.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay a no-show fee per your therapist's individual policy.
